Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in East Rochester, New York, via UPS same day for stock items and the order is received by 2:30PM EST. UPS Ground ships to the contiguous mainland US only, with Alaska and Hawaii excluded.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination, package weight, size, and applicable carrier rates. Shipping costs are provided at checkout or when an order is confirmed.
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination and carrier schedules. Any estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Return & Refund Policy
All sales are FINAL. Connover Packaging does not accept returns or exchanges and does not issue refunds, except in cases where we have shipped an incorrect product or made an error in fulfilling your order.
If you receive an incorrect product or there is an error with your shipment, please contact us within 10 calendar days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.
If Connover Packaging determines that an error occurred on our part, we will arrange for a replacement, correction, or refund at no additional cost to the customer. Refunds will be issued to the payment method used for original purchase within 5 business days. Any necessary return shipping costs resulting from our error will be paid by Connover Packaging.
Returns must be authorized by Connover Packaging before any merchandise is sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Authorization can be obtained by emailing orders@connoverpackaging.com or call 1-800-770-4906.
For damaged shipments, customers files claim with UPS.
